St. Andrew’s strives to offer a sense of community for everyone.There are special activities planned for families with young children to help them form friendships – some activities with the whole family, and some for just the parents.  

•  Each year, the parish enjoys a fall weekend retreat in the mountains. 

• There are frequent Parents Night Out Fridays when the children stay at the church for fun and the parents go out. 

• We enjoy the annual Parish Picnic each June, and a trip to a baseball game every July. 

• Children love to attend the Easter egg hunt, the St. Nicholas party, and the trip to the pumpkin patch! 

• Sometimes a casual ice cream social or movie night is a great family time together. 

• Occasionally, the parents have an adult dinner. 

• There is a play group for preschoolers and parents.
