The Daytimers enjoy monthly outings to nearby places of interest.  Among recent destinations were the Spy Museum, the National Museum for Women, the new Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Center, Mount Vernon, Meadowlark Gardens, the David Taylor Model Basin, the Masonic Temple, the Franciscan Monastery in DC for a glimpse of the Holy Land and catacombs, and the Kennedy Center.   The annual White Elephant lunch is always a roaring success with good food, fun people and many exciting gifts.  All are welcome, not just those who are home during the day.  If a Daytimers outing appeals to you and you can take leave from work to attend, please join us!
