Pilgrimage

Pilgrimage, a key stepping stone in our youth formation program, offers a variety of experiences and opportunities for engagement, spiritual reflection and bonding with one another while immersed in an unfamiliar culture. It is open to all students who are rising 9th to 12th graders.

St. Andrew’s schedules a pilgrimage every other year. The first pilgrimage went to Richmond, VA in 2010. In 2013 they went to southeastern Ireland and were joined by another pilgrimage group from Dallas, TX. In 2015, the pilgrims went to Vancouver, Canada. The summer of 2017 saw the teen pilgrims in Italy.

This summer, we’ll be traveling to Canterbury, England from July 13-20, 2019.

To make this journey affordable for all who want to go, students and their parents commit to several fundraising activities.
